“ Starter was melon and prosciutto. It was big, and the melon was ripe, prosciutto was good. My main: bife da paladarium 4/5 decent ,thin cut cooked medium - pretty close. Not bad at all, i finished it Other main: arroz de polvo 4/5 pretty good, great sauce, small slices of octopus, wish it was slightly bigger pieces but delicious overall. Bunch of muscles and clams Drinks: long island iced teas for happy hour (5€ each) they were a different style but we still enjoyed a couple. Service was great, waiter was super nice and interior or restaurant was nice especially with the old ceiling. Solid food with solid prices, i would easily recommend to anyone. ”
“ Tucked down a narrow alley next to a busy staircase, this place feels like a hidden gem. The indoor space is beautiful, and while the outdoor seating is nice, it can get a bit noisy with all the foot traffic. The food was tasty and fairly priced—though I wish the beef dishes had a bit more actual beef. One staff member, while friendly, spent a bit of time venting about the Portuguese as an immigrant, which felt a little awkward and out of place during the meal. Still, a solid option if you're nearby and looking for something authentic and slightly off the tourist track. ”
“ We had such a great dinner here. The night started with some fun drinks—thanks to the bartender for really going all out with the fruit garnishes and those cute little umbrellas. It definitely set the tone for a good time. We shared the octopus salad to start, and it totally hit the spot on a warm night—light, fresh, and super tasty. For the main course, we both went with steaks, and they did not disappoint. Packed with flavor and cooked just right. The fried potatoes on the side were crispy on the outside and soft inside—exactly how they should be. The vibe of the place was super friendly, and the staff made us feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a chill spot with great food and awesome service. ”
“ Great decoration, keeping historic structures. Well located to go on an elevator up the hill to reach the Castle, no much noise as where there is Traffic (all Over downtown). Arman and Nanu are great welcomers. Great quality of service. ”
“ The service was outstanding and so attentive they went out of their way to make our experience memorable. We enjoyed the food, and the menu offers a great variety, including plenty of kid-friendly options. ”
